Dancing in the Dark

Morning Coffee with Sister Vassa has been a Godsend this Lent. Each morning she has something to say that has direct meaning to where I am at the moment. For example, in this one, she says:

So today, if I face the “darkness” of some uncertainties in life, or “paths which I have not known,” or “crooked things,” let me not turn my back” on God’s loving, zealous willingness to lead me through it, as He always has.

In a recent post called Can’t Start a Fire Without a Spark, she mentions Bruce Springsteen’s song Dancing in the Dark. This is so ironic because I’d recently recorded that song during my rehearsal vocals, experimenting with some different mixing techniques from one of my Music Production classes.
