Napa Rose Firepit

One of our favorite Disneyland past times is hanging out by the Napa Rose firepit outside the Napa Rose Lounge. We’ve had incredible service in the Lounge and when we’ve continued our dessert or after-dinner drink out by the firepit, the superb service continues out there.

Somewhere we’ve filed away our own pics of the firepit, but I searched online and found this one, courtesy of the Disney Food Blog:

Oh, yes, here’s one from our Archives – Aerial view from our park view room at the Grand Californian:

This is where you meet interesting people. Like people who work for Disney at Burbank headquarters. Like our Bay Area friends. Like locals.

Browsing the menu courtesy of All Ears, I noticed that the most amazing creme brulee ever doesn’t seem to be on the menu. There’s probably something just as yummy, although that might be a bit difficult.

Seven Sparkling Sins is still on the menu and we know the “Best Hot Chocolate Ever” really is the best hot chocolate ever and I don’t even like hot chocolate that much. And look! Now they serve doughnuts with it – this may be our new dessert!

Oh, good gracious! That food sounds so good. I have to get there next year!

  2. Kathy says:

You can definitely make a meal out of it. We save Napa Rose – the restaurant – for special occasions – like my big July milestone birthday! šŸ™‚

Hope to see you out here next year!

Hi there! You know, I’ve been going to Disneyland regularly with and AP for the past 9 years and I have never been in Napa Rose! It might be because I have a small child and Napa Rose isn’t the best eating place for him but I always pass by there and say to myself…”some day” šŸ™‚

  4. Kathy says:

We’ve seen kids in there but it is a bit pricey, especially if it’s not the kind of food your child would enjoy. But, yes, someday you will go there! šŸ™‚
